Reyneke Commodities (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/796316/07) is responsible for personal information you give us through this website, by email or by phone. We process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details you give us about commodities you want to buy or sell. Our website host may also record technical information such as your IP address for security.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, to assess and arrange a possible transaction, to meet our legal and know-your-customer obligations, and to keep records of agreements. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your details with a potential counterparty only with your agreement and, for producers, only after a signed non-disclosure agreement. Our email and website providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.
