Connecting Africanmineral producerswith global buyers.
Reyneke Commodities brokers offtake for chrome, manganese, copper and lithium. We look for producers with ore to sell, review the documents they provide, and introduce them to traders and smelters looking for supply.
Six steps from first call to first shipment. Nobody's name or data is shared before step three.
1
Mandate
A producer or buyer appoints us for a defined product, volume and period.
2
Match
We shortlist counterparties that fit on grade, volume, logistics and payment terms.
3
Protect
Non-circumvention, confidentiality and fee agreements are signed before any names change hands.
4
Introduce
We put the two sides in contact, with the assays, permits and production data the producer has provided.
5
Contract
We support the negotiation on price basis, Incoterms, payment terms and inspection.
6
First shipment
Our fee is paid only after a contract is signed and the first shipment has shipped and been paid for.
Illustrative export corridors
Mineral regions we focus on in Southern and Central Africa, and the export ports listed for each. Logistics affect the price as much as grade does, so we look at the route to port early in every enquiry.
The map is a simplified illustration. Lines show possible region-to-port relationships, not fixed routes: actual routing depends on the cargo, infrastructure availability and the export rules that apply.

Jared Reyneke founded Reyneke Commodities in Cape Town to connect Southern Africa's smaller producers with the buyers who rarely see their ore.
You deal with Jared directly, from first call to first shipment. He reviews the assays, permits and production records producers provide, visits sites where it makes sense, and supports the negotiation through to first shipment.
